Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using KingTubbyBots ("the Bot") or any associated services including the web dashboard at kingtubbybots.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot or Site.

2. Description of Service

KingTubbyBots provides community management, moderation, entertainment, and analytics features across multiple platforms:

Discord: Moderation, leveling, voice tracking, invite tracking, emoji analytics, giveaways, reaction roles, tickets, starboard, temporary voice channels, server analytics, and more.
Discord Premium: A separate bot instance with additional features including anti-nuke protection, advanced verification, comprehensive logging, advanced moderation with custom permissions, advanced tickets, server security scanning, AI-powered chat and image generation, and more — available via license key.
Twitch: Chat commands, watchtime tracking, loyalty points, quotes, stream/channel analytics, viewer insights, and chat games.
Web Dashboard: A centralized control panel for configuring all bots, viewing analytics, and managing your servers and channels.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your country) to use the Bot or Site. By using them, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts & Authentication

Dashboard access requires logging in via Discord OAuth. You may also link your Twitch account for the Twitch dashboard.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for added security.
You may optionally provide an email address for login alerts and shared access invitations.

5. Shared Access

You may invite others to manage your bot settings via the Shared Access feature. You are responsible for the actions of anyone you grant access to.
Shared access can be revoked at any time by either party.

6. User Responsibilities

Do not use the Bot to violate Discord's, Twitch's, or any other platform's Terms of Service, or any applicable laws.
Do not attempt to exploit, abuse, or interfere with the Bot's operation, APIs, or dashboard.
Do not use the Bot for harassment, spam, raids, or any harmful activity.
Do not attempt to access another user's data, sessions, or shared resources without authorization.
Server administrators and channel owners are responsible for configuring the Bot appropriately for their community.

7. Premium Features

Anti-Nuke: Monitors and rate-limits dangerous server actions (mass bans, channel/role deletions, etc.). May automatically remove roles from, kick, or ban users who exceed configured thresholds. Server owners configure thresholds and punishments.
Verification: New members may be required to complete a verification challenge (button click, captcha, or math problem) before gaining server access. Members who fail to verify within the configured timeout may be automatically kicked.
Advanced Moderation: Provides a custom permission system independent of Discord permissions. All moderation actions are logged with case numbers. Server administrators assign moderation capabilities to roles via the dashboard.
Advanced Logging: Logs server events (messages, members, roles, channels, voice, invites, moderation) to configured channels. No message content is stored by the bot — logs are sent directly to Discord channels.
Advanced Tickets: Supports ticket forms, categories, claim system, priority levels, close reasons, and auto-close for inactive tickets.
Server Scan: The /scan command audits your server's security configuration and provides suggestions. No data is stored — results are shown ephemerally.
AI Features: AI commands (/ask, /imagine) send your prompts to third-party AI services (Cloudflare Workers AI) for processing. Do not submit sensitive personal information in AI prompts. AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate or appropriate. AI usage is subject to daily limits and content safety filters. Users who abuse AI features may be blocked.
Server administrators control which premium features are enabled and how they are configured via the dashboard.

8. Premium Licenses & Purchases

Premium license keys are non-transferable and valid for one Discord server at a time.
License keys may be revoked if used in violation of these terms.
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your Stripe billing portal.
Upon cancellation, your license remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.
We do not store your payment card details. All billing is handled by Stripe per their terms of service.

10. Rate Limiting & API Abuse

The dashboard and API endpoints are rate-limited to prevent abuse. Automated scraping, excessive requests, or any attempt to circumvent rate limits may result in your access being temporarily or permanently restricted.

11. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to any user, server, or channel at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these terms.

12. Availability

The Bot and Site are provided "as is" with no guarantees of uptime or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

13. Limitation of Liability

KingTubbyBots and its developers are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Bot or Site, including but not limited to data loss, server issues, service interruptions, or actions taken by users with shared access.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot or Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
