Why isn't the bot responding?

A few things to check:

  • Check the status page to see if the bot is currently online.
  • Make sure the bot has the correct permissions in the channel (Send Messages, Embed Links, View Channel).
  • Verify the command or module is enabled in the dashboard.
  • For slash commands, try re-inviting the bot with the latest invite link to refresh command permissions.
How do I add KingTubbyBots to my server or channel?

Discord: Use the bot invite link on the landing page. You need "Manage Server" permission in the server you're adding it to. Once added, configure modules through the dashboard.

Twitch: Log in to the dashboard with your Twitch account, then connect your channel from the Twitch dashboard.

How do I get a premium license key?

Head to the Premium Shop and pick a plan. After checkout you'll get a license key by email and on the confirmation page.

  • For immediate deletion, email [email protected] with your server ID or username.

See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I set up two-factor authentication?

Go to Account Settings and find the Security section. Click "Enable 2FA" and scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.). Enter the code to confirm.

Once enabled, you'll need to enter a code from your authenticator app when logging in from a new device.

Can I let someone else manage my bot settings?

Yes! Use the Shared Access feature in Account Settings. You can invite someone by email and choose which services (Discord servers, Twitch channel) they can manage. They'll log in with their own Discord account and see your shared resources in their dashboard.
